Our Board of Directors represents the highest authority of the organization. The Board sets in place policies, procedures, values, and long-term planning to meet the vision and mission of the organization. The board does this through a governance structure tabled in our board protocol.

The day-to-day operations of the organization are steered and managed by our executive director who is equally assisted by administrative, finance, programs, and other supporting staff  to implement our project activities. The supporting staff are also responsible for  paralegals that represent the organization in various regions of the country.

We pride ourselves in our core values, which help steer and ground our work. With guidance from these values and our Board members and community base, we aim to make meaningful changes to improve human rights conditions of key populations and marginalised communities.
