Our Board of Directors represents the highest authority of the organization. The board sets in place policies, procedures, values and long-term planning to meet the vision and mission of the organization. The board does this through a governance structure tabled in our board protocol.

The day-to-day operations of the organization are steered and managed by our executive director who is equally assisted by an administrative, finance, programs and other supporting stuff who are mostly in the forefront of implementation of our project activities; they are equally responsible for the twelve paralegals that represent the organization in various regions of the country.
